Mood and Wines

When it comes to wine pairings, most people usually ask about the food and wine pairings that work. But what about matching the right wine to the right moments – which wines are suitable on which occasions? We ask Group Sommelier Mentor at the White Rabbit – Kelvin Tay

“All these wines are selected in view of the style and mood, which are ideal for each occasion as we categorize them. But truly, why restrict your wine choices? ‘Life is too short to drink bad wines’- We only live once and let this be a life of great memory! Wines bring great enjoyment regardless of our situation and over time, it is a great exploration with the hundreds of thousands of wines available right now. Wines listed as followed have been tasted over time and have surely given me lots of deep impression in my sensory quest to find wines for each and every occasion.”
