About the Wine: This wine has a pale yellow robe with green hints. It is clean and brilliant. The nose is intense, complex and elegant with citrus notes, passion fruit and green aromas. On the palate, the wine is full and crisp. The high acidity gives freshness and life to the wine. Very long, fresh and fruity finish.

About the Winery:Tabalí was one of the first wineries to settle in the Limarí Valley. It´s one of the most promising valleys of the country and it´s located in the North of Chile. Cervoles Celler Colors Blanc 2013

Region: Spain, Costers Del Segre

About the Wine: Straw-yellow with metallic glints and appreciable legs. Intense aromas of tropical fruit, pineapple and white peach, together with notes of white-fleshed fruit, melon. Aeration reveals a hint of yeast from the ageing on lees, as well as notes of hay and hints of citrus. Sweet, voluptuous mouth-feel and unctuous on the palate, with acidity adding freshness. Very long, balanced finish with hints of acidic fruit such as green apple.

About the WineryThe Cérvoles Celler winery, which boasts cutting-edge technology, was designed to take into account the size of the various plots, so that each fermenter holds the grapes of a single grape variety and plot. Notice should be taken of the particular loading system employed: the tanks are filled from the bottom, a method that is much more gentle on the berries and avoids early lacerations of the skins.

Domaine De Menard Rouge 2015

About the Wine: The Domaine de Menard Merlot-Cabernet Sauvignon is a particularly fleshy wine and generous. It presents a fruity nose, with strawberry and blackcurrant aromas mingling with spicy notes. On the palate the wine is full bodied, with silky tannins. An easy-drinking wine.

About the Winery: The story of the estate began in 1920, when Jean François Morel, a Swiss vintner, settled in Gascony to cultivate vines. The vineyard initially covered about 10 hectares.His daughter Denise and her husband Jean Jegerlhener settled on the estate in 1960, and their passion for wine inspired them to build cellars and expand the vineyard. Their son Philip joined the team and now devotes his time to managing the vineyard.

Their daughter Elisabeth also has a passion for vines and wine. She decided to study oenology and became a professional oenologist. After working at the well-known Tariquet estate, and with the help of her husband, Henry Prataviera, she developed the estate which today covers 120 hectares. The first bottles were produced in 2003, and over 850 000 were sold in 2011.
