General sales terms and conditions
By ordering
our products you certify to be over 18 years old, or that you
have reached the legal age required in the country of residence,
or to be allowed to purchase or consume alcohol.
All
prices quoted on the web site include taxes unless otherwise
stated. Our basic prices are indicated in Singapore dollars.
You can change the currency by clicking on the corresponding
icon on the home page. Euro and US dollar are also available.
You
can pay either in Singapore Dollar, or in US dollars or in Euros.
Payment is due upon payment gateway approval. Refer to our payment
and security. Even as our system was created to avoid no
stock availability, we are not responsible for the unavailability
of stocks.
The
present conditions apply to the sales of products on the Ewineasia.com
web site through Alfa international Pte Ltd (see
About Us). These conditions are automatically made available
to the buyer in the home page of the internet site of Ewineasia.com
The fact of ordering implies complete adhesion of the buyer,
without reserve. Refund will be given at the discretion of the
company management.
Charge Back
A refund
could be accorded in case of wrong delivery and breakage of
wines in the process of delivering to you. Please contact our
customer service department. We decline all responsibilities to other problems
that can occur. Don't hesitate to contact our customer service.
Regulation
The custom
authorities require documents and duties for all destinations.
Please follow instructions on the order process to know the
prices included these taxes or you can refer to our shipping
information to check if your country of delivery is has included
duties for the price of the wines. For certain countries, more
than duties, luxury taxes are required, we are not responsible
for the price gap that can occur facing regulations. You can
check the price of the products on the rest of the world portal
where you can find duty free prices.
Carriage and Delivery
All products
sold at ewineasia.com are insured by our company during their
transport and are carried at our own risk.
The delivery is made upon reception of full payment of the goods.
This delivery is indicated as per your confirmed choice of delivery
method proposed in our delivery conditions. Any
delay for delivery will by no means be compensated, accounted
nor enable the cancellation of the order. However, if after
a delay of one month upon written claim by the customer, the
goods have still not been delivered, the sale could then be
cancelled by either one of the parties. The customer will then
obtain the refund of his payment excluding any other compensation
or damage, within a delay of maximum one month.
In all circumstances, the delivery of the goods within this
delay can only be made if the customer has indicated the exact
information, address and telephone contact of the addressee
during the order process. If this information is not correctly
communicated, ewineasia.com will not be liable for any further
delay or non-delivery of the goods.
Upon reception of the wines, it is up to the addressee to check
the state of the goods and to note any reserve concerning broken,
damaged or missing goods on the delivery slip and to inform
the delivery company and ewineasia.com by either email, fax
or letter within 48 hours in order to preserve his rights.
Return Policy
Please inform
us of any damages that may have occurred during the transportation
and feel comfortable to write comments on the delivery note.
All our shipments are insured. All products must be returned
in good condition, including original packaging and all documentation.
Charges will be applied for all missing items and breakages.
ewineasia.com will not accept items that have been physically
damaged or misused. All returns must be shipped freight prepaid.
All related fees (shipping & return shipping fees) are NON-REFUNDABLE
for all products in all cases. Please allow 1-2 weeks for all
refunds. Shipments
that are refused without prior to our knowledge, or that are
returned to us because the address was invalid, are subject
to a restocking fee of 5% plus applicable shipping and handling
fees.
