As
all the sparkling wines, Champagne must be served very fresh
because it first tastes better and it secondly looses pressure
in low temperature. No need of a corkscrew. It exists basically
two main methods to open a Champagne, one for special event
and one for ordinary occasion. Here, we will show you the steps
to open a champagne.

|
| 1. Tear the foil off with a knife, exposing the wire cage and the metal cap that cover the cork. |
2. Remove the wire-cap off the bottle by keeping your thumb on the top of the cork, you can take the bottle firmly with both hands. |
 |
 |
| 3. Remove wire and cap. Remember to keep holding the cork with your other hand. |
4. Take the bottle with one hand and the cork with the other one and twist the cork with your fingers. Be careful of the direction of the bottle. |
