The House of Salon is a small high end producer of critically acclaimed Champagne. Salon only produces one champagne - the rare vintage tête de cuvée blanc de blancs from a single Grand Cru vineyard in the Côtes des Blancs: Le Mesnil-sur-Oger.
Since 1911, Salon vintages have been declared no more than four times a decade. Vintages are then fermented in stainless steel and allowed to age for 10 plus years before there release.
Due to its limited production and rarity, Salon is regarded as one of the most expensive and sought after Champagnes houses in the world.

Founded by Eugène Aimé Salon in 1911, Salon was convinced that the Chardonnay grapes from the Le Mesnil-sur-Oger vineyards could produce wine with favorable levels of finesse and elegance without the need to add Pinot Noir or Pinot Meunier.
Around the turn of the 20th century, The first commercial vintage of Champagne Salon was released 1921 and by 2007, the house has released only 38 vintages under the Salon label.
