Belondrade Y Lurton was established in 1994 on the principle idea of translate the burgundy technique to the Verdelho variety. The winery started with a production of only 10000 bottles, it is producing now nearly 80000 bottles.The winery also produce a second label called Quinta Apolonia as well as a rose called Clarissa.
