Elian Da Ros is one of the greatest french winemakers of biodynamic and organic wines. He made his classes at another famous biodynamics vintner, Olivier Humbrecht from Domain Zind-Humbrecht (Alsace). In a few years, he built a fine reputation with fans around the world and gourmet restaurants.
