Quick Overview

A gentle and respectful of the fruit wine, followed by a long aging (24 months) in several barrels of wine results in a wine with fine, silky tannins. The clay-gravel soil brings round tannins and Chante Coucou goes well with casseroles. Chante Coucou is a wine, if drunk young it is sometimes good to decant to help s open and express themselves.
