Getting Started
You can start creating your own account by clicking on Account to
start registering with us. Simply enter your name, which is your login
name, email address, password and re-enter password in the appropriate
fields. Your member name must be a unique combination of uppercase
or lowercase letters or numbers. Your password is case-sensitive.
Be sure to keep a record of your member name and password for future
reference.
Login
And Password Assistance
Your password is case-sensitive. If you need help retrieving your password
or login name, simply enter the email address with which you registered
with us and we will email you your login name and password.
Managing Information
Your Account is yours alone to update and manage. Edit your user name,
email, billing address, contact number any time. Sign in to access
your account by clicking Account on the top of the page. Enter your
user name and password. Once you have signed in, your information
summary will be shown. Click on Update Personal Information to edit
your account.
Change
Your Password
To change your password, sign in to access your account. Once you have
signed in, click on Change Password. Enter your old password, enter
new password and confirm new password into the appropriate fields. Click
on Change Password button to submit your new password.
My Order history
The orders that you place will be saved in your account. You can review
them by signing in to your account and clicking on Track Order.
Remove
From Mailing List
If you wish to be removed from our mailing list, sign in to your account
and click on Remove from mailing list.
Shipping
Delivery Methods
We offer two main delivery methods namely Express and Standard delivery.
In Singapore, depending on the availability of stocks, we are also able
to deliver in 3 hours after order placement. To find out more, click

Return
Policy
Goods, in its original package, are valid for an exchange within seven
working days as from the delivery of the merchandizes. An exchange or
a refund, without penalty except for the return transport costs, must
be made within 30 days from the day we are informed. Customer is required
to inform the commercial service by writing (e-mail, fax, letter) before
returning the goods.

Availability
All items are subjected to stock availability. Even as our system is
created to avoid no stock availability, we are not responsible for the
unavailability of stocks

Wine Card
You can now print a specialized card with the wine details
of your favorite wine for keeping. Simply click on the Print
Wine Card button to start printing.
Loyalty Points
Every purchase you make through our website will earn you
loyalty points, which you can accumulate to redeem our products.
If you spend S$1.00 (or equivalent), you will gain 10 points.
During redemption,100 points are equivalent to S$1.00. You
can use your points to redeem any item on purchase except
promotional items. To view your loyalty points accumulated,
sign in to your account and click on Loyalty Program.
Wish List
click on the 
button in the product details page to add your favourite
item to your wish list. Send your wish list to your friends
