Martine and Pierre-Marie Chermette have always been inclined towards making wine that is as natural as possible and have a single goal: that their work and produce be of the highest quality. Both in tending the vines and in vinification, Pierre-Marie Chermette intervenes as little as possible. This respect means that the terroir is able to express itself authentically in each of his wines.

Jurançon wines often have a higher acidity and more fruity flavours than sweet wines made from botrytised grapes.

Albino and Angelo’s wines have been acknowledged and praised by the Italian and international specialised press. While already producing very fine wine, Albino and Angelo Rocca have a true yearning for improvement, and an openness towards novel winemaking techniques which they successfully apply.

It is a beautifully balanced white with lovely aromas and flavors of baking spices, pit fruits, and mineral in a medium-bodied frame.

Rocca’s 2008 Barbaresco Ovello Vigna Loreto captures the personality of the vintage, but with more inner sweetness and perfume than the Ronchi. Sweet dark cherries, plums, licorice and tobacco wrap around the plush, creamy finish. This is a gorgeous, striking wine from Angelo Rocca.

This is amber golden, with some butterscotch on the nose, and barley sugar on the palate, with a refreshing streak of acidity. An original dessert wine, with a fruit tart.
